This $1000 Bursary is in honour of Dr. Douglas White who devoted a lifetime as a health care giver to our community.

To be eligible for this bursary the applicant must have,

a) a home address within the boundaries of the Municipal District of Wainwright #61

b) acceptance into post secondary education that applies to the health field

c) a proven need for financial help (student loans, borrowing money, financial capability) 

d) a brief summary about some personal history, goals for future careers and some personal interest

Applicants can apply each year of their studies.
